It depends on the build and how deep it goes. Wiring one trigger into tools you already own is a different project entirely compared to revamping the estimating, proposal, and job costing processes. The free thirty-minute call is where it gets scoped, and you leave that call with a clearer idea of what AI can do for you.

Thirty minutes. You tell us how your week actually goes and where the evenings disappear. We tell you what we would fix first and roughly what that would take. If the answer is that you do not need us yet, we will say that. It happens, and it is a better outcome than selling you something you will not use.

That is the part this industry gets wrong most often, and it is why training is included rather than sold separately. A system nobody runs is worse than no system, because you paid for it. We build around how your crew already works instead of handing them a new process, and we teach them to run it daily. Adoption is the whole point.

It depends on what we are building and how clean your existing data is. A single automation wired into tools you already run is a short project. Something spanning estimating through job costing takes longer, mostly because connecting to how money and hours actually move takes longer than writing the automation. We will give you a real timeline on the call, not a best case.

Usually not. We would rather connect to what you are running than replace it, because replacing working software is expensive and your crew already knows the current one. If something you use genuinely cannot connect, we will tell you that before you pay for a build rather than after.

It stays yours. We work inside your accounts and your tools wherever possible rather than moving your business into something we control. When a build needs data to work from, we agree what it touches before it touches anything. If you ever want to stop working with us, you should not lose access to your own systems, and you will not.

Probably not, and small companies often get more out of it than large ones because there is nobody else to hand the office work to. If you are the person doing estimates at nine at night, this will probably help you. What matters more than headcount is whether you have a repeatable bottleneck worth fixing.

Most people don't, and figuring that out is the first thing we do. Usually the answer is whatever you find yourself doing after hours, but the more honest answer can only come from looking at your actual week rather than guessing. Each city has its own rules, and oftentimes it's easier for AI to handle it.
