Golden Mesa builds AI into the office side of a contracting business and trains the crew to run it, across the Denver area. We work in person, which is why the service area stays tight enough to actually show up. Golden Custom foothills work and historic downtown jobs, where almost no two bids look the same. Arvada Mid-century ranches, Olde Town remodels, and new subdivisions on the northwest edge. Three different businesses, often in one shop. Wheat Ridge Lots of small jobs on older homes. The problem is rarely any one of them, it is keeping up with all of them. Lakewood Re-roof volume, Belmar-corridor commercial, and a lot of established neighbourhoods in between. Denver Infill, ADUs, and tenant work on tight lots, where the job is complicated before anybody picks up a tool. Broomfield Corridor commercial next door to subdivision remodels, run through one consolidated city and county. Westminster Established neighbourhoods and continued growth along US-36, spanning two counties. Boulder High-value remodels and energy-driven upgrades, where the office hours per job are a real cost. Littleton Historic Main Street work and residential remodels, in a county with its own fee arithmetic. Englewood An older inner-ring suburb. Many small jobs, none of which can be allowed to go quiet. Evergreen Mountain work, where what the job requires changes what it costs before you ever price the labour.
