Which one of these should I automate first?
That is the first thing we figure out, and it is free. Most contractors already suspect the answer. It is usually whatever they do late at night. The free thirty-minute call is where we look at your week and name the one thing eating the most time or money, and you get that answer whether or not you hire us.
Do I need all eight of these?
No, and we would push back on anyone who told you otherwise. Most shops have one real bottleneck. Fix that and the rest of the office side gets easier on its own. The list exists because the bottleneck is different from one business to the next, not because you need the whole set.
Can I start with one and add others later?
That is how most of this goes. Fix the worst bottleneck, live with it for a while, and see what the next one turns out to be. It is often not what you would have guessed at the start, which is a good argument against buying the whole set on day one.
